DSPANZ 2026 Planning Day
In January 2026, the DSPANZ Board and staff met in Melbourne for our annual planning days - we reviewed where DSPANZ currently delivers value, the challenges facing Digital Service Providers (DSPs), and how we can adapt to better represent the sector across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand now and into the future.

Joint NZ Digital Advisory Group & ATO Strategic Working Group Meeting
On Friday 14 November 2025, DSPANZ convened a joint virtual session bringing together members of the ATO Strategic Working Group (SWG) and the New Zealand Digital Advisory Group (DAG) with Inland Revenue.

DSPANZ provided a submission to the Australian Taxation Office's Draft Practical Compliance Guideline, outlining the first year compliance approach for Payday Super on 7 November 2025.
Budget Updates 2025
The Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand governments have recently released their mid-year Budget updates, containing outlooks on each country's economic trajectories and key priorities leading into 2026 Budgets.
Payday Super Implementation Overview
DSPANZ has developed the following indicative Payday Super implementation timeline to illustrate how system changes are expected to roll out across the super ecosystem. The diagram shows when key services become available, when mandatory changes commence, and how dependencies flow between super funds, gateways, clearing houses, payroll software providers, onboarding solutions and time and attendance systems.
2025 Annual General Meeting Outcomes
DSPANZ held our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 27 November 2025 at 2:00pm AEDT. The current DSPANZ Board, Nominated Directors and DSPANZ Members were all invited to attend the AGM virtually.
