Fair Work Closing Loopholes Bill The
Fairwork Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 was introduced to Parliament on 4 September. The Bill includes amendments on
casual employment, closing the labour hire loophole, wage theft and the definition of employment, among other amendments. Find more

Modern
Awards Review 2023-2024
The Fair Work Commission has announced a review of modern awards following a request from the Minister for Employment
and Workplace
Relations, Tony Burke. As a part of this review, the Commission will issue papers and invite interested parties to lodge submissions. They
will also host conferences to discuss issues raised in the papers and submissions before publishing a final report. Learn more about the
