Updated Guide to Developing a CDR Policy
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner has updated its Guide
to developing a CDR Policy
to reflect amendments to the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 and the findings of its second privacy assessment.
This update includes more detail about CDR policy requirements and new information on the expansion of CDR into the energy sector.
