Business Activities Included in ABN Updates
Up to four additional business activities and their related Australian and New Zealand Industry Classification
(ANZSIC) code can now
be registered to a single Australian Business Number (ABN) when updating details on the Australian Business Register (ABR).

Amendment Bill
Removes $450 SGAA Super Guarantee Threshold
The Bill to amend the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act (SGAA) to remove the $450 threshold before an employee's salary or
wages count towards the Superannuation Guarantee has passed both Houses.
The Taxation Administration Act, Income Tax Assessment Act and Income Tax (Transitional Provisions) Act have also been amended. Once it
has received Royal Assent, the changes will come into effect from 1 July 2022.
